To create a case, select Maintenance Requests and the categories of the type of damage. The form will appear on the screen when you choose the type of damage. After filling in all the information, you can submit the form.
Once you click on the maintenance request, you will be redirected to the form where you can upload a picture from the gallery or click a picture of the damage.
Once you click on the particular case, you will be redirected to the detailed view of the case. In the very right corner, there is an option to Edit. Clicking on the Edit option allows you to edit.
Admin or building manager can create the resident in the admin panel by clicking on the new resident button. After clicking the New Resident button, you need to fill in all the mandatory fields, and once all the information is filed, you need to submit it.
Admin or building manager can create the contractors in the admin panel by clicking on the new Contractor button. After clicking the contractor button, you need to fill in all the mandatory fields, and once all the information is filed, you need to submit by clicking the Submit button.
